Commendable history as the visionary and thought leader for advancing the strategic direction of the Organization through innovation and organizational leadership critical to continuous growth and business scalability in an evolving global market. Juddy has an extensive experience, knowledge, people management and grasp in humanitarian work with the poverty stricken people groups. She is the current CEO of Bethel House Corporation, Los Angeles, CA, USA (from 2020 to date), worked with UN-AGENCY, FAO-Somalia (2007-2015), UN AGENCY-UNICEF Kenya (2002-2005), Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Kenya Graduate Teacher (1996-2002). She holds Masters of Arts Degree in International Relations (USIU-Africa) and Bachelors of Education, H/Economics (Kenyatta University).
Her command and leadership experience spanning microenterprise development, business services, intergovernmental, government, water and sanitation programs, pastoralist girls’ education programs, fundraising, and global networks development. Award-winning microenterprise leadership experience and a track record of delivering tangible results in highly competitive value chain development initiatives as a mentor to high-performing teams and the implementation of channel and business development strategies. Directed mission-critical support initiatives for women led micro enterprise groups on a global scale and within the Somalia area. Took charge of innovating and implementing strategic value chain addition solutions to small micro enterprises while also coordinating logistics for emergent situations.
Juddy embodies high-energy, hands-on executive with widespread acumen, executive-level competencies, and a history of optimizing organizational performance and revenues in operational governance, business strategy, leadership roles for start-ups, women led small and midsize microenterprises, and large enterprises. Strengths and successes in driving business decisions that are immediate and transformative, achieve high-impact results, establish a highly productive tone driving revenue generation and enterprise-wide cohesiveness. She has partnered with U.S. Ambassadors and diplomats in developing strategies for program and humanitarian crisis intervention-based UN food security policies. Administered training and onboarding procedures for women led teams preparing for international and diplomatic trade fairs.
